Each year our office organize the TCREA MLS TOUR, which is a real estate tour showcasing all agencies properties for sale. This year we started with the condos since most of the resorts were closed for renovations and then we ended with the homes.
We viewed condos from developments such as the Palms, Somerset, Queen Angel, West Bay Club and the Ganservoort. We ended the condo open houses with a full day tour of the newly almost completed Shore Club on Long Bay beach. This resort is scheduled to open the first phase by December of this year. This development have come along way, and is quite the elegant resort. Spacious, and refreshing. Our TCREA agents should now be well versed with the project.
The homes that were viewed were beachfront villas currently acting as vacation rental villas, as well as residential homes just back from the beach and within the local areas of Providenciales for the person just looking for a home for themselves. This week marks the end of the tour for this season.
Agents should be well informed and ready for the upcoming season of November. Our real estate agents at National Colony Realty were excited about the open house experience. We were able to showcase some of our customer properties, to other agents, and potential buyers alike giving the property some much needed exposure.
